Maintenance & Repair Coordination
TMPM has a dedicated coordinator for repair and maintenance requests. Our technology based systems allows us to efficiently prioritize, assign, and manage all requests that are received. Our vendors provide quality work at reasonable prices.
We conduct two semi-annual inspection at no additional charge to our owners. One interior and exterior inspection and one exterior inspection. You can request additional inspections at any time. (Additional fees apply)
24hr Support Line
TMPM has a 24 hour support line. Tenant emergencies are promptly responded to in order to provide excellent customer service to our tenants and ensure our Owner’s property is protected.
TMPM has a strong tenant screening approach. We qualify tenants on only what can be verified: credit, criminal background, employment history, rental history, and nation eviction reports. We expect that our tenants pay rent in accordance with their lease agreement. We charge late fees, send notices to vacate, and file eviction suits if a tenant is in default of their lease agreement.
